Welcome to SUCO Sunset Session

– A night filled with experiences that will leave you feeling full of joy. –

SUCO is a 60-minute, high-energy electronic music meditation designed to cultivate joy. This experience fuses visualisation, dance and breath work with skilfully curated electronic music sets and binaural soundscapes. It is taught by Jamie Beron, the creator of SUCO. A session will leave you feeling energetic, creative, stress-free and connected to yourself, your feelings and others. Absolutely anybody can practice SUCO. No meditation experience is needed – just clothing that you can get active in, and the willingness to participate.

On Thursday July 15th, we will gather on our gorgeous seaside rooftop of Barcelona to celebrate life and self-love. For this night we have prepared the following agenda for you:

18:00h – Welcome
18:30h – SUCO Yoga*,**
20:00h – SUCO Session
21:00h – Live DJ set by Jamie
22:00h – Event closure

There will be drinks and snacks available on the rooftop. Please note that it is not allowed to bring your own beverages.

The location is a secret rooftop location in Barceloneta. The exact address will be sent to you once you have purchased a ticket.

SUCO’s Safety Measures:

(1) Social distancing is maintained at all times.

(2) Hand disinfectant will be provided.

(3) All attendants are required to bring a mask.

(4) During the session, physical contact is not encouraged but accepted when there is mutual consent.

(5) Avoid attendance if you are experiencing any symptoms related to CV-19 for the health and safety of everyone.

(6) It’s your personal choice to wear a mask during the event as it will be held outdoors.
